Centralised Analytics Architecture
We supported the client in centralising their analytics within their Snowflake data warehouse. This included implementing a dimensional model presentation layer to provide a consistent and scalable foundation for downstream reporting.

Power BI Hub-and-Spoke Model
We architected and delivered a Power BI solution using a hub-and-spoke approach. A central semantic model powers domain-specific workspaces and reports, ensuring consistency and performance. Reports were designed to reflect the organisation’s elegant branding while surfacing actionable insights, including direct links to operational systems.

Governance and Knowledge Transfer
To ensure long-term sustainability, we provided knowledge transfer to the client’s IT team and designed Microsoft Entra ID groups to manage access across Power BI workspaces, apps, semantic models, and row-level security. This governance framework supports secure and scalable analytics operations.
